Print Properties May Have Changed Or Unreadable To Printer
Hi, I have been printing several thousand of the same label, same size in two batches of 1700.
the second batch I ran out of media and pressed resume and it printed fine.
I then had to print 700 more and when I printed it, it was missing half the label and the format was not right at all.
I restarted Bartender after checking the preferences etc. which where in tact and no changes.
When I reopened the document I was printing, all settings correct it still printed with half the label missing and the wrong format.
Any suggestions on where to trouble shoot? Seems like either Bartender or the printer is not communicating on this particular sized label.
I have been able to print our two other sized labels with no problem.

Note sure what this could be, but letting us know the version/build of BarTender, make/model of the printer, and version of the Seagull printer driver (assuming one is in use) would be helpful. Did a power off/on on the printer fix anything?

I am using Ricoh printer to print my labels created using bartender.I have two different ricoh printers. Here the template size varies with the selection of the each ricoh printer.Please let me know regarding this if something related to Bartender.Waiting For your reply Sir.

Nagaraj: I guess you're using a named stock size in the driver rather than a custom designed size in BarTender; as such when you switch between drivers it will use the dimensions specified in the driver's stock size. If you create a custom page size in BarTender, independent of stock sizes stored in the driver, then the page dimensions will remain the same when switching between printers. Differing printer drivers handle custom stock sizes in different ways, so you'll need to work it out for the Ricoh printers.
