Changing "folders And File Locations" During Installation

Hi All

 

I'm using the 10.1SR4 release in trial mode with the intention of purchasing the Enterprise Automation version in due course. I've read the white paper on Silent Installation at http://www.seagullscientific.com/label-software/whitepapers/silent-install-of-bartender.pdf but I didn't see any options on changing the file locations of bartender "File Locations". I would like to be able to push out the bartender installation to my clients but change the "Page Setup & Custom Stocks" definitions to a custom set. 

 

Is that possible ?

  The silent install won't allow you to copy across a custom based "File and Folder locations" file.

   

  These settings are global. You will not see the file unless you modify the defaults. Location on Windows 7 is "C:\ProgramData\Seagull" - but we reserve the right to move or change this. The supported way to transfer this file is to use the export/import buttons in the dialog itself.

  Thanks for replying. I've decided to use a group policy object and created an entry under

   

  Computer Configuration\Preferences\Windows Settings\Files

   

  to copy from a centralised location to

   

  %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Seagull\Bartender\CustomStock.stk

   

  Which will allow me to manage it and update as required.
