Hi,

 

I cant install the printer on my Windows 7 Pro x64.

When i connect the printer with DriveWizard on, rapidly the windows install optimal driver as Unknow Device and i cannot install nothing.

 

What can i do?

  I faced the same problem as yours. Later I found out that it is my PC's USB 3.0 driver crashing it. It installed successfully without USB 3.0 driver. It will became unknown device once USB 3.0 driver installed.
