Slow Spooling Owing To Large Preview Images
However, the same setup on a different Windows 2012 server with network printer, printer drivers, BTXML file and resolution all alike generates normal size preview images, i.e. 110 KB each which takes only 1 second per image to spool when sent for printing to the network printer.
Am I missing any setup or setting on the BarTender front on the Windows 2008 R2 server which is causing slow spooling?

Please report this to the corresponding tech-support office instead:

We would like to know in more detail about the requirement of exporting the print preview of the labels to images which will later be sent to the physical printer, rather than sending the print job directly to the printer. When reporting this issue via Email, please include your product key code, the printer make and model(s) involved...

Hi,
Thank you for your response :)
I am sorry about a slight confusion there. We do not have a specific requirement of generating preview images and then sending them to the printer for printing.
Infact, I have made provisions for both, generating print previews through <ExportPrintPreviewAsImage> tag as well as sending prints directly to the printer for printing through <Print> tag.
I am facing an issue with the size of the files (4 MB as opposed to 110 KB) generated when sent to the network printer for printing (as seen in the Printer Properties dialog).
Anyways, I will send this issue across to Technical Support team as suggested by you.
Thank you once again.
