No Permission To Access Database
Hi,
wondering if you can help with an issue connecting to an Excel spread sheet i am getting error "#3246 Bartender does not have permission to access the database"
i have been through some of the previous forum answers and found a fix that included changing the permissions in the Bartender system services. however when i went on site to the customer (we are a reseller) the service doesn't seem to be installed.
Can this be installed seperately?
Also they are using a remote session to access bartender from a server, from 2 different locations the Excel spreadsheet is located on a shared drive.
