Printing From Odbc Database - Skipping First Record
I am using Enterprise Automation v10.1 SR4, build 2961. I have an ODBC Database connection that I'm pulling info from, and my query is working fine in both Excel and BarTender's Database Connection's Browse tab.
For troubleshooting purposes, I have hardcoded the particular criteria into the SQL statement (which will later be put into a Query Prompt).
I can see the 4 records I'm looking for get returned in the Database Connection Setup window, on the Browse tab. I would expect that when I tell BarTender to Print (or Print Preview), that it will print all 4 records returned be the query. The problem is - when I tell BarTender to Print Preview, the first record is skipped, and printing starts with the second record. If I change the criteria to match a single record (which is actually where this all started from, prompting me to change the criteria to return multiple records to see if this was some kind of "Off-By-One" error), BarTender tells me "No records found", and does not print anything.
Anyone have any ideas??

Anyone? Is more information needed? Am I doing something wrong, or is this an issue with the software? I need to get this working, and am stuck here!

I get the same error. I definitely believe it's an issue with the software. Bartender's VB Script implementation is pretty terrible.
