Trouble With Database Queries For Separate Tables

    Hi there,

     

    I've been wondering if its possible to rather than join the multiple databases, use a query or something of the sort to specify which table to look into before entering the query for auto populating the label.  I've attached the label design below showing the information i'll be looking for in the search (apart from company info/logos).  I'm using a Access document to provide the information.

     

    I have very little experience with coding for purposes of using scripts and have only been using the bartender software for a couple of months.

    Seems like I won't be getting an answer.

     

     

    I'll just have to create different tables and labels for different things, nevermind.  Cheers for the help.

    Are the different tables you're wishing to connect to related by a common field? If yes, then the query prompt would make a search on the "Joined" tables. You can create more than 1 query prompt and use the OR parameter for offering the choice of entering just one of the query prompt values.
