Error 3202
Hi, I'm having a problem with getting commander to work. The reason I'm posting in the Bartender section is because in the BarTender logs, I'm getting an Error 3202 "Cannot continue because database labels is sequential in nature and cannot be randomly accessed, which is necessary for joining the databases."
"labels" is the name of my excel db.
The thing is, when I run it manually through Bartender it works just fine. But when I setup a task to look for my file (labels.xlsx), flashes then it does nothing. Everything looks normal in the Commander logs but I receive the 3202 error in the Bartender logs.
Is it because I don't have something setup right in commander?
Here is my commander options: /AF="C:\Users\Jason\Desktop\JasonTest.btw" /PRN="PrimoPDF" /P /D="%Trigger File Name%" /DD
I'm pretty new to Bartender.

Go into database connection setup, select the Excel database, then 'options', you'll see an option for 'use client cursor'. This should resolve this issue.

Ok, I clicked that but that made no difference. I still get that same error.
It's odd, because everything works without commander.

Please, can you provide us with:
- Your build number (you can check it cliking on BarTender "Help" menu > "About" item.
- Your Windows version.
- Which kind of database are you using?
- Are you using multiple tables or databases? If yes, let me know which join are you using exactly

I was actually able to get this resolved by calling tech. support.
The problem was that was trying to use the actual Excel file as the trigger instead of a text file. Now that I'm using the a text file to trigger the event and only using the excel file as a database, everything is working fine.
