Unable To Get Commander To Print
I have bartender set up, it has a label that pulls the information from an MS access DB. I have a query prompt set up, and would like to put the query info in the text file and have it print (Based on the product codes)
When I do this, it loads bartender up, adds the text file as a second DB and gives me the DB is not joined error.
So I set up a join that puts the product_ID in the text file to the product_ID of the DB and I get no records found. I know it's something I'm missing. I've read the white sheet and can not see what I'm doing wrong.
Do I need headers in the text file? right now the join looks like
table.4x2 product_id = textfile1.biglabel The Product I put first in the list
I'm not sure if I'm going about this the wrong way. Basically, I get orders in and would like to put a list of product codes together that I need labels for.
Any help would be very appreciated.
Thanks,
Kelly

I don't believe you need headers. I would check the data types in Bartender database setup for the two fields.

make sure you're not putting /r=3 in the trigger file. with a join it's always /r=1 or it won't work.
