Cannot Print Labels

SAP sends out the following text file: PPC_ZSHIPLABEL_110225JPLISHKA        1      738.txt

Commander sees that it is in the correct directory \\fs01\corp\sapshare and renames it as: PPC_ZSHIPLABEL_110225JPLISHKA        1      738.dat

 

However nothing prints.

 

I have printed the attached label locally from where bartender commander is installed no problems. i tried commander as an application and service and still no luck.

Any ideas?

  Task is attached but it seems to be working correctly.  The command type is set to bartender as well, I believe this is the right setting.

  Talking with technical support my problem was in the txt file.

  /PRN="JMA-SAPTestZebra"

  this was the printer name in SAP, but not the printer name as setup on our server.

  I needed to change it to \\printsvr\SAPTestZebra and all was well.
