    Hello Tim,

Can you please confirm whether you are using Commander as a Service or as an Application?

Please note that in a Service context in Windows, mapped network drive are non-existent, in which case, you would need to use the full UNC path to direct Commander to that folder.

    Example: \\SharedComputer\SharedFolder

Let me know if you need anything.

    Adrien.

    Adrien,

It's running as a service, i seem to have managed to change the paths as you suggested, and it now works.

    Thanks for the help!

    Hi,

I'm on version 10.1 SR4 build 2961, but still I do have issues to access network share files from Commander. I was trying full UNC path with DNS name and with IP address, but still I'm getting erro #3302. I'm using Synology NAS if it make any difference. I do have access to these files from any other application that are runnig as service in this machine. I did run this service as local user and as Administrator. I did also try run it from completly different machine = always same error. Could you help me please?

    Marcin
