Command No Long Print Automatically After Stop And Start Service

I work on this system that everything used to work perfectly.

I change the label (file .btw) then I stop the Commander Service and re-start Commander service again and my label is no long print automatically.

What can I do to fix this?

 

When I click on Commander in Bartender, nothing happen.

 

Please help ASAP as this system is in a production line.

  Ok I solved the problem!

  System password was changed and therefore when I stop the services, the services could not log on due to old password was in the service.

  So I enter the new password in the BarTender Service and everything is up and running.
