Is My Label Wrong Or My Printer Not Setup Correctly?

I am using BarTender trial version to see if what the company needs is possible with this software. I can happily say it looks really positive so far, just having an issue of the actual printing of the labels seems to be out of whack.
So I have attached my label parameters for you to look at if need be, they pull data from an excel spreadsheet and then get sent to a Toshiba B-EX4T1 printer.
Problem is the labels are coming out all skewed and I want to make sure my BarTender setup isn't at fault. I'm no expert with these label printers, but is there a simple way of setting it up for these labels? I think I am missing something simple.
Please see two labels printed which demonstrate the poor alignment.
Any help greatly appreciated.

It looks like the label setup is indeed at fault and may be causing your problem although I am a bit confused by the images of the labels. I take it from the layout the roll including backing is 108mm across with a 4 mm gutter (backing paper) either side of 4 x 25mm wide labels. It is the height of the label that I cannot understand.
The 4 labels are 15mm high, but what is the distance to the next row of 4 labels? Your template seems to suggest that this is around 103mm of empty backing material, is that correct or is the next row actually 2.5mm from the first (taken from your Top Margin setting). If the latter is the case remove adjust the page size to the 15mm and remove the Top Margin amount and this may help as long as the printer is set to Transmissive/Gap sensing mode.

Hi Pete,
Yeah the area that is used to print on is the 25mm x 15mm wide in 4 columns. There is a large drop of about 95mm which is essentially just sticky clear material used to wrap around cable then a small gap until the next top of labels.
Turns out the printer could have been the issue, the staff member who uses it regularly changed a few settings and they appear to be working now. Thanks anyway. Will post back if more issues arise
