How To Keep "user Prompt" Always Up

Hello,

I have a btw template I run with a command /F /P /x /PRN="printer",, which works fine. How can I keep the user prompt always open after I print.
 

I don't want my user to always run that shortcut. ( I was think on add a command to "onprintjobend" scrip, but not sure)

 

Please help.
