Template Created Under Old Version Not Working With Version 10

I've recently upgraded from version 5.42 to 10.10 on Windows 7 pro 64 bit.  The templates that were used on the old system on Windows Xp do not work with version 10.10.

 

I get Error Message #3602  "No items printed because zero copies were requested from the database file."

 

What database file?  The template reads an Oracle database with ODBC  (32 bit) and the number of copies is part of the tempate.

 

Also, where is a reference to " Error Message #3602" or indeed any error message?

  It sounds like the document is setup so that the quantity of labels to print per database record is sourced from one of the database fields.  If this is not working then chances are you just need to tweak the setting.  Do this via the Print dialog, click the properties button next to the "Copies" item, choose "Get quantity from database field", and the select the field that contains the quantity to print.
