Printing To Pdf Using Commander Kinda Works
Hi,
Hope someone can help me. I'm currently on the trial version Enterprise Automation
I am trying to print to a pdf file using Commander. My trigger file contains the following
%BTW% /AF="E:\Software\BT\PhilipsDoCCopy.btw" /D="%Trigger File Name%" /PRN="AdobePDF" /R=3 /P /DD /PrintJobName="30000240415"
%END%
I have the AdobePDF printer installed and configured to save file in a certain folder. I have also made sure that the Document properties of the btw file is set to AdobePDF. Next is where I'm having the problem I think. I set the Save location to the same folder but the Port in the Printer configuration says Documents\*.pdf
Yet still when the file goes to print the pdf is saved to the C:\ drive. I need to save it to a different folder.
Can anyone help with this problem.
Thanks
J

I wonder your pdf's setting only applies to the current login user.
If you're running Commander as a service, try run as application.
Another thought is change Commander service's logon account to your user account.
