How To Cancel A Print Job
Hi,
I'm using a Zebra GK240d. Printing from a spreadsheet, using the "get quantity from database field" function.
One of the quantity cells did not have a number in it and now the printer is printing endless labels without data, just the design elements.
I've tried turning off the printer, unplugging it, recalibrating it, and swearing at it profusely. No dice. I've also gone through the printer manual and searched though this forum.
Please advise, thanks!
.Matthew.

Just wanted to add that I checked the "Cancel any jobs previously queued to this printer" under options and received the message: "The selected printer does not support cancelling jobs using a printer command. You will need to cancel the job from the printer's front panel, or by turning the printer off and back on."
It seems that this is a printer problem and not Seagull's problem but I could really use some help if anyone has experienced this issue.
Thansk, -M.

Double click on the printer icon in the Windows "Devices and Printers" window to open up the spool queue for that printer and thus allow you to kill the print job. Cycle the power on the printer for good measure to clear anything still left in the printer's buffer.
