What you'll want to do is to put the label into Batch Maker.  There's a selection at the bottom that says 'batch repeat count' that will let you select how many times the whole print job gets run.  Then you can either run the job from Batch Maker, or use it from within BarTender or Print Station.

There were a couple of problems when I tried this:

We use Print Station in manufacturing for all printing and there no access to the batch repeat count from Print Station.

If I use Batch Maker, then when the batch repeat count is set to a certain number, the query prompt asks for the data entry for every repeat, even though it is the same information.

You can save your Batch Maker .btbat file and print it out with Print Station.

The prompt frequency for the query prompt dialog is once per print job. If you're using the text database file as a query for your SQL Server database, is there really a need for doing a "Query Prompt" under the "Query" tab? If yes, why is this required?

The batch quantity will need to change from work order to work order.  It looks like the batch repeat count is fixed when using print station to print a .btbat file.

The query prompt is for the entry of the work order number.  This query goes to the SQL database for our ERP system to find the part number that is being built.  Then this is matched to the part number in the text database to find the labels that should be printed out for that part number.

With regards to only showing the query prompt once when batch copies is > 1, this is a feature request in our system which might get implemented in a newer version of BarTender.

With regards to the "Set batch copies" via Print Station, I will write this up as a feature request.

Perhaps your best bet is to develop your own third-party application which automates BarTender in the background via our .NET SDKs:
