Unsupported Printer
I am running version 7.75 2003, it has been working fine for 10 years we had a driver problem and had to reinstall the drivers.
If I try to open a file it insists I go into the trial version and if I start a new document and choose the printer, Bartender will now not allow me to open files and if I start a new document it gives up a error message:
"Bartender: Error Message #3715
The printer "Tec B-SA4T" is a unsupported printer only tec printers are supported in this ultralight edition."
It is a tec printer, its a contradiction.

Actually the manufacturer is now listed as TOSHIBA TEC, which is why you're having the problem. You should either get a newer UL from TEC (which handles either TEC or TOSHIBA TEC), upgrade to Basic edition, or find an older driver that was listed under TEC instead of TOSHIBA TEC.

It is a tec printer, its a contradiction.
I think you installed a new BarTender Ultralite or a new drivers version.
Some UL release with some drivers doesn´t works properly
BarTender Ultralite v10 and v7.3.3 works fine
