Printing Only 1 Out Of The 6 Labels

    I'm afraid that with this much information is hard to tell what might be happening.

    1. What version, edition and build of BarTender are you working with?

    2. On what Windows OS?

    3. What printer brand and model are you working with? Do you have our latest Seagull drivers installed (v7.3)? If that is not the case, please download and install them from the below webpage:
    http://www.seagullscientific.com/aspx/free-windows-printer-drivers-download.aspx

    4. Are you printing from a database (with 6 records in this case) or manually entering the number of identical copies?

    I'm running on Windows Server 2008 R2 with Bartender Enterprise Automation 10.0. Since I'm printing it from a remote server, the print job is being sent using the "Remote Desktop Easy Print" driver. I'm not sure if this is cause. If I print the label locally on my computer, it prints perfect. However, when I print via remote desktop, it prints incorrectly. I'm lost & hoping someone who's dealt with this before can shed some light. Thanks.

    I've experienced problems using the 'Easy Print' drivers through RDP. Try installing the printer locally to the server, then print directly to it that way. Or try installing the printer driver onto the server, then use the session printer that is created to do your printing.
