Bartender V 9.2 Sr2, Trouble Exporting Images Of Label
Hello I am currently having trouble exporting the image. Everything looks ok on the bartender file, but when I hit export, the font is microsized. What is going on? I have tried restarting the program and it is not fixed. Any help would be appreciated. :wacko:

What font are you using for the text? As a test, use something like Arial while making sure that no device font substitution is taking place.

I use Arial on some, and then OCR-B seagull for some text objects.

Did you check for font substitution?

How can I check for this within the btw file? Or is this something that will be an error at print time?

Open the text object properties, select the "Font" section, and select the "Advanced" sub-tab to find the substitution option. Also, have you tried using a different printer driver as this also might be affecting things.

I checked the font substitution and it is not checked. Also I noticed this happens after I have been working on a large batch of items and exporting the image to a Tiff. Almost always it happens after a large export job. So does Bartender have a cache or something that can cause this?

Hmmm, try having a different printer driver selected when exporting. Try changing the zoom level in the main BarTender design screen. Try different resolution export setting.
