Font Style Issues

Running BarTender 10.1 SR2 on several different computers in our office. Running in to issues where I have many different styles for a given font installed but only a few are showing up in BarTender. For example, I have about ten styles of Gotham (TT) installed but only 4 are showing up in BarTender. Any ideas?
