Bartender Crashes On Server

We are running bartender on a Windows Server. About once every 2 months our app crashes and I have to restart the server. I have attached a screen shot of the crash and additional info. 2 questions, 1) Any reason why this should be happening and how can I prevent it? 2) Is there a service or app that I can simply restart without having to restart the server? Any help you be useful.

 

 

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise (x64), SP1

Bartender Version 10.1 SR2

  Hi Brad,

  Update the BarTender to 10.1SR4 - it fixed various problems since SR2.

  From the signature I cannot tell much. 

  BarTender 10.1 requires Visual C++ 2008 SP1 x86 Redistribute, so install or update the run time helps.

  If still having problem, I recommend to contact regional support. You can send system info by Help > Send support information beforehand.

   

  For Commander, you can restart Commander Service to restart all bartender processes. BarTender process is bartend.exe.
