Hi, I've got some issues with Bartender 10.1 SR 1, Printer: Dedruma A3/300P. 1. scenario: I choose label xy and want to print it like 500 times. Bartender (and Print Station respectively) sends this job as 500 separated labels. Due to this the printer stopps awhile after printing Label #1, prints label #2, stopps awhile and so on. In case of canceling the job, that means pushing the cancel-button 500 times... (or to quit it in Windows, which is far more complicated). Is there any chance to send the job as a whole. 2. #1 leads to my second issue: we use BT/Print Station on a terminal server, thereof different users have access at the same time. In our case, BT connects with a database (Excel). If user "A" prints labels, user "B" can't do so at the same time, because BT can't connect with the database more than once at the same time . (Error message: Bartender can't connect to the database). Is there any solution for this problem? 3. Print Station: After the first print job, the Print Station switches back to the default printer no matter what printer you've choosen. I guess this could be solved with SR 2?   You could take a look at the printer optimizations that are in use in the Print menu to see if there is anything that can be changed to make this work, but since this printer doesn't appear to use a Seagull driver BarTender may be limited to how much software optimization can be done. More than likely you'll just have to cancel the jobs in Windows, then on the printer.

   

  For your Terminal Services question, this is an Excel limitation, you're getting a sharing violation.  Only way to remedy that would be to move to a different type of database (SQL, Oracle, etc) that allows for multiple connections.

   

  And for the Print Station issue, get to SR3, there is a change in there that fixes that.
