Bt 10.1 Sr2 Saving Labels In Privious Versions
Hi.
I have recently installed and registered, Bartender 10.1 SR2 Basic on a Windows 7 x64 Enterprise Workstation. And are experincing issues with labels saved in privious versions.
Theres another Workstation with Bartender 10.0 installed that the labels are opened from, and no matter what version the labels are saved in, when opening the labels from BT 10.0 computer it gives an error code 3324, that the label was saved in a newer version of Bartender.
It have allso been tried on a earlier version of bartender and that one could not open the labels either, any ideas on how to correct this?

Under the, "Administer>BarTender Document Setup" menu item you can specify the default file version to save documents under. Be sure to select the lowest common denominator between your BarTender installations.
Make sure that no trial features are in us on the v10.1 installation. Check this via the, "Help>Edition requirements" menu item.
Can you attach an example document for us to examine?

The error you report can come up if the file is slightly corrupted in some way. Are you able to still open the file in the original v10.1 after being saved to the older file version?
