Bartender 10.1 Sr2 ?
Hello,
I've just noticed Bartender 10.1 sr 2 is available http://www.bartenderbarcodesoftware.com/label-software/barcode-label-printing-software-download.aspx
Is there a service release for sr 2 or is it a case of downloading the full software package?

You can find the v10.1 service release page at the below link:
http://www.bartenderbarcodesoftware.com/label-software/fixes_101.aspx
The service release is a full installation in its own right, which will install over any previous release/version.
This is therefore different from a "patch" which would typically only update a few component files while leaving the existing installation otherwise intact.
Your existing v10.1 PKC can be used to activated the new software.

Yes but SR 2 isnt available to download as a patch

SR2 isn't a patch, which is why it isn't available in such a form. As a rule we don't publish patches, we roll up into an overall service release.
