Error 3605 When Trying To Edit An Object's Properties
Howdy :)
We're trying to get BarTender (v10.1 SR2 Professional) up and running on a notebook running Windows XP Pro for a client. So far we're able to get it to print labels via data from a form, but the problem we're having at the moment is that whenever we attempt to edit the properties of an object in the template editor, it throws the aforementioned error, asks us if we want to save what's available so far and then crahses with the standard Windows crash thing, at which point it needs a mercy kill because it doesn't quit itself. Doing the same on the Data Entry Form designer works fine.
Just wondering if there's a way to fix this? I assume that this isn't normal (or we're trying to do something silly). I've attached screendumps of the errors.
thanks :)

Is this XP SP3 as BarTender needs this as a minimum requirement? It will not work with XP SP2 or earlier.
What version of Zebra printer driver is in use, and is this a Seagull driver or a driver from some other vendor?
Try installing the below Microsoft component:

The #3605 error means an unknown error occurred. Normally this means a corrupt install, a broken system component, a lack of system resources, or a bug that we were not previously aware of.
