If I develop an application using the Automation version, will the machines that the application is installed on require separate BarTender licenses?

  All machines where your application is installed will also need to have BarTender installed.  However, when using the Automation edition, you do not need a license for each machine, the licensing is per-printer.

   

  If this is an in-house application for your company, all of those instances can be configured to point at the same Seagull License Server (you will need to have a license that is large enough to cover all of the printers that will be used).  

   

  If this application is something that you are developing for someone else, the end user would need to have their own BarTender license.
