How To Open Pro Files From Basic Version

I starting creating labels using the trial enterprise version. Then I purchased the basic version and found I couldn't open any of the files I created with the trial version.

 

Is there a way to open these files with the basic version? Or, if I start a new trial, can I save the pro labels to a basic version?

 

Also, if I wanted to go ahead and upgrade from the basic to the pro version, how do I do that? I couldn't figure it out from the upgrades page.

  If you're using BarTender version 10, you can select Help, then Edition Selection, then choose to emulate Professional.  Note that will only work for the first 30 days.

   

  To upgrade, contact the reseller you purchased the software from.  They can explain the process..
