No Thumbnail Preview
Hello, first time posting here. I hope someone can assist.
I have a 64 Bit Windows 7 PC running Bartender 9.01 build 2561. From within Bartender, if I choose File >> Open I get the "Format File Open" dialog box. I have my view set to "Details" so I can see all the files in my folder on the left hand side and the preview pane on the right. If I click any of the files on the left, it says "This file can't be previewed." on the right. This is not the case with another XP computer in the office. If I change the view to small, medium or large icons the icon shows the label, however the left still says "This file can't be previewed."
As a test, I went to my pictures directory and could see the images. Does anyone have a fix for this particular issue? Thanks in advance.

Hi Skip,
Thumbnail in x64 Windows Explorer is not supported up to Current Version (9.4SR3). There's some requests we received to achieve it and we hope we can provide the function in future version.

As for latest BarTender 9.4 SR3 Explorer preview in x64 OS is not included.
This is being seriously considered to improve in future version though.0 -

We are again checking in to see if this feature has been re-introduced to the x64 version of the product? We waste a lot of man hours because the users have to go into multiple labels to see if it's the right one before printing.
This is not a convenience request, this really is costing us money and hope the feature is re-introduced to this version as quickly as possible.0 -
