Print Data Error And Storing Failed Issue

Hi

I m using ricoh printer to print my labels from Bartender.If I give Print Directly from Bartender I am able to Print any Page Sizes.(A4 , A3). But from my application if i try to print where in my application calls to bartender and thus bartender generates the print i am able to print on only A4 Sheets and for A3 it is giving as Print data error and in print log it is showing Storing failed. Can you please help me regarding this ,what i am missing out..?

  Since Seagull don't produce a Ricoh driver I don't know what's actually happening,

  I wonder what user credential your application running - if the application runs different user than your normal login user, try running the application by a specific user account.

  Hi, when printed format directly from Bartender, its is printing properly,But When we print the same format from .NET SDK ,it is asking to select tray in the printer screen. So when we print using .NET SDK it is ignoring the Auto tray selection,

  Note: In Bartender format tray selection is "Use printer setting"

  Printer used is Ricoh Printer.

  Please give your idea regarding this.

  Try specify paper tray from .net Print SDK, in PageSetup.Tray property. (not sure "Auto" can be specified though)
