110Pax4 (300Dpi) Not Printing Hyphens From Database
hello everyone,
we have a Zebra 110PAX4 that we use for printing production labels. The driver we installed for it is the Seagull driver Zebra ZPL-II Driver version 7.3.2
build target Win32
Build Date 2/7/2013
If we use embedded data it prints hyphens (-) perfectly fine, but when pulling from an access database file it doesn't print them.
12345-67890
will print out 12345 67890
I installed the Zebra driver ZDesigner 110PAX4 300DPI Version 2.6.77 (Build3827) and the hyphens print perfectly fine from the access database file but the print spooling with this driver is too slow as it does 'Spooling', 'Printing', 'Deleting'. the Seagull driver immediately sends the job to the printer and disposes it.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

From which Windows application are you trying to print? Do you get the same issue when you print from BarTender?
When you make a print preview or browse through the database records, do you see the data containing the hyphens?
Also, what font are you using to print this data? Have you tried by either using a printer internal font or a Windows font and do you get the same result no matter which font you select?

Printing from a VB.net application that I wrote but I get the same issue when I print from bartender as well. previewing/browsing the database it contains the hyphens. I tried 5 or 6 different fonts all with the same results. I will have to load up another job in our test environment to get a list of the fonts that I tried.
