Printing Skipping Label

my printer is argox CP-2140, as u can see the image, my printing is skipping after 10-12 labels printed..

 

did i have worng setting or what? please help me figure it out.

  Start off by calibrating the sensors of your printer, and make sure the sensor itself is not positioned between the two columns.  Make sure you page setup in BarTender is correct, make page and label height the same as the actual label, with no top or bottom margin.  make sure the correct print setting is made in the driver via the Print dialog, document properties button.  Be sure to choose the labels with gaps option, and don't employ a large top of form offset if at all possible.
