Label Alignment Issues On Tlp3842
I am having trouble lining up some values. The barcode seems to be perfectly centered when created in bartender, but when printed, it is shifted to the right. I have measure the label, set up the size, template size, margins, etc..., but cannot figure out why it won't print in the center.
Here is the bartender template

The printer is a Zebra TLP3842.
Any suggestions on what I need to do to get the printed image to look like the bartender template?

Hello! There are several areas where you can try that help set alignment for the label.
I am making this suggestion based on the image from your bartender template and that each element is a text box or bar code field.For your label design right click on each element and enter the properties dialog box. Based on the the element you will have different choices where you can set size, fit method and most importantly alignment. for text fields, look at the selections under the "Text Format" and "Position" options. There are many choices which I believe will fix the output. Under "Position" you may try "Lock Object" as an option. The "Text Format" options are self explanatory.
When you right click on the bar code element, you have similar options.
Please try this for each item on your label and then do a test print. My disclaimer is that I do not have a Zebra printer, but I am confident that the problem lies with the elements. I had that problem when I first started using BarTender a few years ago, and the fixes were in the properties box where I set the alignment for all elements.

In the barcode symbology properties, set the print method so that BarTender controls both the human readable and the barcode.

Thanks to both of you for these suggestions. I created 2 new labels from the original and used them to implement your instructions. The labels looked identical to each other, and almost did move the barcode and text values to the right of the center. So they still weren't perfect (like the label looked), but they did print a lot better.
Thanks to you both for these suggestions. I have a better understanding of how things can be fixed within a label now. I appreciate your help.
