Serial Does Not Save Or Reset
I have BarTender 10.1 working with a 9.3 label.
On my label, if I print three labels, I get serial 1-3 on my output.
The label does not update to 4. So, if I print again, it starts at 1.
How can I make it start at 4?
How can I make my serial update to the latest?
AND
I am using a Julian date, so I want the serial to reset every day.
No matter how many times I check "RESET - [x] Calendar or clock changes every Day"
It is un-checked when I re-open the file.
How can I keep my box checked?

1. The next serial number in turn should be remembered and used for subsequent print jobs. However, if you close the document you first need to make sure it is saved as the serial number is embedded into the document file itself.
2. I assume that you save the document after making the reset changes? As a test create a new, simple, document in v10.1, enable the reset each day option, save, close, and then reopen. Is the option still enabled as expected, or does this suffer the same issue?

It seems to work with a v10 document using BarTender 10. But not with a version 9.3 document in either version.
Is there a way to make a serial number reset on a date change in v9.3 ? I was using v10 as a trial at home, but my official version (at work) is v9.3.
