I've found the answer in the topic "How To Auto Calculate Serialized Copies From Start No. And End No." thanks to Shotaro I. However, we use an external software linked to Bartender to print our labels. To print with Bartender, there isn't any problem. But when I want to print labels with my external software (which ask me the number of labels to print), the serialization doesn't work anymore, I've always the same number. What I would like to obtain is : when I ask to print for exemple fifty cardboard labels in my external software, I'll obtain fifty different serial number. And if I reprint labels with my external sotware, the new first label will begin with the last number print +1. It works when printing directly with Bartender but not with my external software.

    Can you help me ?

    Thanks in advance,

    Grégoire.

How do your external software call BarTender?

The external software need to specify number of serial copies at print time, then save documents after print.

For Commander script / Command line, that would be /S=n to specify serial copies by (n), and /S to save after print.

For ActiveX, Format.NumberSerializedLabels property and Format.Save() method.

For .net SDK, PrintSetup.IdenticalCopiesOfLabel property and LabelFormatDocument.Save() method.

    Hello,

Thanks for your answer. We will ask the external company who manage our external software. Indeed, we can't establish the links between the external software and bartender without the mediation of the external company, unfortunately ...
