Serialization Results In Hundreds Of Copies

I set up a new label.  I added an option to enter the number of desired copies.  This worked great UNTIL I tried to also add a serialized number (to start at 100).  Once I did that, instead of 5 copies, I get 500!!!!

 

I have reached a point of serious frustration with this.  Now, even though I've removed the number of copies entry and the serialized number, I still get 100 copies instead of just 1.  

 

Version 10.1 SR4.

  Can you add your label document ... it sounds like there is still a value in the serialized field.
