Serialization With Blank Page Between Serialnumbers

Hi, I'm new to Bartender, trying to make a labeldesign with serialization

On the screen, try out mode, the label looks o.k. but....

As I print the label, between each label I find a blank page.

each serialnumber is used once.

Printer CAB cx6

 

I can't find the solution to this problem, can you ?

  Hi, Looks like specified label length is too long, so label sensor skips a gap/mark.

  Measure the length of the label(without gap) properly and in BarTender's File > Page setup > Page Tab > Height, specify the length.

  In Layout tab, set the top and bottom margins to zero.

  If still have the same problems, try making the Height a bit shorter.
