Barcode Position Moves To Horizontal Line

When the attached format prints the barcode moves to the horizontal line.  When the line is removed the barcode prints in the original position.

 

What am I doing wrong?

  I haven't seen such pattern - interesting issue though.

  Reset printer, update the printer's driver to the latest.

  On seagull driver, try disable performance tab's optimizations and

  in Barcode's property > Print method, select Bar code and human readable created by BarTender.
