Image Quality 10.1

When setting up a label with images on bartender we came across an issue where we couldn't change the image quality in the printer settings.

Eg. halftone, ordered and algebraic

it's like the setting is stuck on half tone?!

 

This only occurred when we updated to the most recent version.

 

I have updated the drivers for both printers and still no help! weirdly the word processor quality degrades when the option is changed and the images stay the same.

 

Any thoughts?

  Sure, there was problem that 10.1SR3 doesn't regard driver's dithering setting properly when printing image.

  Developments are working on providing fix for this issue, however at the moment I cannot tell when that is available.

   

  In the meantime...

  Try make the picture as true black (R:0,G:0,B,0) and white(R:255, G:255, B:255), using image-edit software (such as threshold filter in Photoshop).

  Try angle the picture slightly (such as 0.1 deg) by  Position > Rotation > Angle.
