Insert Different Pictures Depending On The Product
Hi all,
I'm new here, using the bartender Automation single user v 10.0, sorry in advance if my question is too basic.
I got a list of 10000 products, all in one Excel sheet in several column.
Products are named and sorted like this :
column 1 : A1, A2, A3, A4, A5....
column 2 : B1, B2, B3.....
column 3 : C1, C2, C3, C4.....
............
And I have products pictures :
PictureA.jpg goes for products A1, A2, A3, A4, A5....
PictureB.jpg goes for products B1, B2, B3.....
PictureC.jpg goes for products C1, C2, C3, C4.....
...........
No problem to insert the Excel sheet on bartender via database option, create the corresponding barcode, add a logo etc...
But how or where can I assign one picture to a few products, then another pictures to others products ?
Because when I insert a picture it displays in all barcodes, and I need pictureA to display only in all products A, pictureB to display only in all products B ...
I guess and I hope there is a way but couldn't find it myself neither in the help nor this forum,
Thanks in advance for your help :)

1. Just to clarify, in one column (field) of your worksheet of records you have the name of a picture file that relates to an appropriate product image?
2. If item 1 is true, then you would create a picture object on the label where the name of the picture file is sourced from a database field. In other words the source of the image is an external picture file. You'll need to set the folder path which is the location of where the actual picture files reside. At print time the name of the file would source the correct picture for the matching product record to print.

Dear Ian, thanks a lot for your feedback and your support.
The Excel file didn't have the name of the pictures but it was easy for me to add it.
Indeed the idea to use external file as a source for the image is the solution, I tried it and it works perfectly!
Thanks again and sorry to have bother you with such an easy issue to resolve ^_^
