Use Prompt Data Multiple Times
Sorry if this has been asked before, I've spent an age trawling the net.
I have 4 labels that need printing, and have set them up to print from one command line shortcut.
Ever label though prompts for the same data, is it not possible to only prompt once at the beginning for all four labels?

Unfortunately this cannot be done, at least through the Command line interface. When sending several documents to print, each is sent as a separate print job and thus requires its own prompt.
*We do have an existing feature request to add this behavior to our companion application "Batch Maker", but it still hasn't been implemented.
In the meantime you've got the below alternatives:
a. If all your documents are meant to be printed from the same printer, and have the same page size, I would strongly recommend that you unify them in a single document as separate "Templates". If you specify different templates in your document they will all be printed as separate and consecutive labels for each print job sent.
You can access this feature in BarTender from the "File>Page Setup" under the "Templates" tab.
b. A second alternative would be use a prompt from a custom application, which would also control what data goes to which document and would also send all your documents to print.
You can do this using our ActiveX automation or our .NET SDKs.
