I have just started using BarTender software with Intermac printer.

My doubt here is, suppose consider i'm having 30 systems and in one system i have installed bartender and printer. and in remaining 29 systems, is there any facility install bartender client version to design lable or in each and every system i should need a bartender and printer need to be installed? Please someone clarify me. TIA.

  When you say "system" I presume you mean computer?

   

  For the Automation or Enterprise Automation editions of BarTender you are allowed to install BarTender on as many computers as you wish in the same network.  This is because we license the software by the number of printers you print to with BarTender.  Printer licensing is controlled by the Seagull License Server software which you install and activate on a single computer.  All BarTender instances on the network connect to the License Server in order to obtain printer licenses that thus allow them to print.

  If you wish, you could install BarTender on only one PC and have the printers either locally installed, or installed and shared over the network.  Equally, you could install BarTender on as few more, or as many as you wish, and it will make no difference in terms of licensing restrictions.

   

  *Note that only the Basic and Professional editions of BarTender are licensed per PC.
