Select Multi Items To Print From Database

I have a database of about 1500 different items/upcs and I am looking for a way to find and print items from that database easily.  I.E. If a customer calls in needing labels for widget a,b,c, and d, our customer service lady could type those items in and print the labels on one sheet. Is their something like this already built into the software and I am missing it, or does it have to be created in VB.

  Setup the BarTender documents using the select records at print time as show in these training videos, and use in conjunction with the Print Station companion application:
