Transparent Graphics

Hello,

 

Since I switched to Windows 7 and Bartender 10.1 (SR2) I have an issue with using transparent background in graphics  (png, gif). On screen and on printer I get some strange effect (see attached file).

 

How can I fix this? I need to have a transparent background as I use a preprinted label with grey background.

  Can you attach the actual gif/png image file with which you're having the problem.  To my knowledge there isn't a general issue, so this is probably image file specific.  I'll need the image files you're using to test and reproduce the issue.

  I just tried this using your files above in BarTender v10.1 SR2 in Windows 7 x64, and had no problems at all.  Both the gif and png were transparent, while the jpg wasn't as expected.  I'm not sure what could be wrong.  Perhaps you could try a full uninstall/reinstall.  I take it that this problem shows itself on new labels when various printers are selected?
