    ITCX,

Your best bet here may be to set up your sheet of labels as simply one giant 8.5'' x 11'' label in BarTender. Then, using design features you can space out the content you need to it lands on your sheet of labels in the correct place.

If you truly need many different designs on one sheet of labels, this seems like the most reasonable way to do it.

    Hello ITCX,

In order to print on the different labels of a single page, all design must be included in the same print job.

I can think of mainly two ways of getting this done:

    1. If the design is basically the same, but you wish to change the data and/or colour of certain objects, the best way to go would be to build a database with all that information. This way the design would change per record but still be able to print all your labels in the same page.

For information on how to link a document with a database please take a look at the below training video:

    http://www.bartenderbarcodesoftware.com/label-software/training-video-(reading-data-from-database).aspx

    2. As a second option, if the designs of your labels are too different for the above option to be usable, you could set up several templates on your document (from the "File>Page Setup..." dialog, under the "Templates" tab). You can create totally different designs on each template and they will all print one after the other in the same page.

*Note that Templates are available from v10.0 onwards. Also, the Professional edition is required at least.

**To change colours on objects, you can use conditional printing and set up different objects one on top of the other (or even in different layers). This functionality has been greatly improved on our latest release of BarTender (v10.1).

If you are working with an older version, you will need to use a "Label format level VB Script", accessible from the "File>Label Format Options..." item (object properties cannot be modified from within a data source level VB script, or an "OnProcessData" VB script).

    Regards.
