Printing Label Only Partially

I have a problem with labels only being printed partially. First i thought it was a memory issue. However other catalog nos worked ok.

We have a sql database with the info that bartender extracts. I figured out that the catalog nos I had a problem with are catalog nos that are listed with Norwegian and Chines prefix.

 

eksample

Column A    Column B    Column C   Column D   etc

Cat no         Cat no        CE mark      GTIN

C1234         1234           CE

N1234          1234          CE

 

(C for chinese, N for norwegian)

 

Those that had only norwegian version worked ok.

 

Any idea what it could be.

  Since we will normally not have catalog nos with both chinese and norwegian prefix, and this is just a one time issue, we solved this by using the old system.
