Exporting Bulk Files

Currently I have a document that holds a QR code that I have set to increment from 1 to 500 and which also has an embedded a url address.

 

 What I want to know is there any way I can send this document (bulked from 1 to 500) to a different company, that does not have access to Bartender Software, to be printed out. Would the other company need the Bartender software in order to print out my qr document?

 

 

Please let me know if I have to reiterate the situation. Thank you.

  One way to do that is to print to a PDF file.  Try installing a printer driver like "CutePDF Writer" (just search for it on the web).  This will allow you to print from any application, including BarTender, to a PDF file which can then be loaded with Adobe Acrobat Reader (or any other PDF viewer).  Virtually anyone has the ability to open and print a PDF file.
