Filemaker Advanced Server V12 Odbc Constantly Asking For Username / Pw

I'm using FileMaker Advanced Server v12 ODBC as a data source. Everything works except I'm constantly prompted for a username / pw for the ODBC connection. This stands true even with save username and PW checked on the database setup. Has anyone else had this problem?

  What version/build of BarTender are you using?

   

  Try creating a database connection using the "General OLE DB Provider" instead of using ODBC directly.  In the OLE DB setup, choose the "Microsoft OLE DB provider for ODBC drivers" and continue on from their selecting the appropriate FileMaker ODBC driver.  Does that help?

   

  If you're not using the latest version, v10.0 SR3, either upgrade to this service release or download and install the Trial on a spare PC to see if the problem still occurs.,
