Auto-Fill Spaces
I am using Bartender 9.3 to design a label which is linked to a excel data source.
The formatting issue I am trying to sort out is as follows:
There is an item number which typically consists of 6-8 alphanumeric characters which is being read from the data source.
In the label design, I have a requirement to reflect a 14 character field for the item number.
How do I format the field in my label design where it will read the item number from the data source, for example 123456A, and then auto-fill the remaining field with spaces so that it reflects a total of 14 characters. This should be reflected in both the bar code and human readable areas in my label design.
Help would be greatly appreciated...

Open the "More Options" dialog for the data source and under the "Minimum" tab give it a value of 14 characters padding with the appropriate character as needed. 0
